It's that time of the year again. Ramadhan just ended, and it's Eid. To all muslims out there, may you be among those who have happy returns, success and acceptance of your righteous deeds, and may you have good years ahead. Insyallah =)
I have been taking time out from studying, as my family prepares for Eid in fullswing mode. Right now, I'm having back aches. Ha! This is what happens when you only enter the kitchen once a year to help Mom cook up a storm. I now smell of onions and spices after spending an entire day in the kitchen.
Since I have hopeless siblings, I've been doing almost everything alone. Thanks Sis for sleeping your ass off, and bro for being a faithful companion to the Xbox console. From frying chickens to climbing ladders to fix that lightbulb and polishing that sofa, all in one day... Call me a wonderwoman, baby!
Anyway, despite having to forfeit most of my Hari Raya visits, I've been spending quite a sum for it. My two specially tailored Baju Kurungs costs a BOMB. Plus my brand new shoe... whose price could make your eyes pop. And new bedsheets as well as monkey clingers for my curtains.

That would of course, cling onto my curtains =)
